Dear Christ Church Parishioners,
The 192nd Annual Parish Meeting will be held on Sunday, February 11, 2024 in the Parish Hall. The meeting is expected to begin between 11:45am-Noon, a light lunch will be served. Childcare will be provided in the Education Wing on the 2nd floor during the meeting. Please note that there will only be one worship service that day at 10:30am.
All are welcome to attend the meeting, however only those eligible to vote may participate in the election of parish leaders. In the Christ Church By-Laws, eligible voters are defined as “all members of the Parish in good standing aged sixteen (16) or older who at the time of voting are contributors of record to the support of the Parish.”
If you are unable to attend the meeting, but would still like to cast your vote, please completed the absentee ballot included and return to the church no later than February 7, 2024.
