“Heart Health & You” 9am in the Parish Hall
This Adult Forum will formally introduce the resumption of our Parish Health Ministry and monthly blood pressure checks. Education related to blood pressure monitoring and information on how to reduce cardiac risk will also be provided.
Our Parish Health Ministry will offer blood pressure screenings this Sunday, October 13. Screenings are held monthly on the 2nd Sunday at 9 am (after the 8 o’clock service) and then after the 10:30 am service, and take place at a designated table in the Front Hall.
