Aware of the continued violence in Montgomery County and throughout our country, community members from diverse faith congregations gather monthly to pray for victims of violence and all those affected by it.
The prayer vigils take place at noon on the second Saturday of each month at McIntosh Park, on the corner of Edwin C. Moses Boulevard and Negley Place.
There is an open invitation to the public to join members of the Community Homicide Prayer Vigils as they seek to be a visible presence to the sacredness of life.
