Adult Forum is held on Sundays at 9am in the Parish Hall or Parlor. Children’s formation and nursery care run concurrently on the second floor.
This hour-long time of formation is more than acquiring knowledge; it is about helping one another discover God’s presence in and purpose for our lives. Adult Forum provides opportunities for learning and growing together in our faith, as well as in our relationships with one another, with rotating series throughout the program year.
November 5 & 19
“Praying the Psalms,” led by the Rector, compares and contrasts the psalms used in our current lectionary, A Women’s Lectionary for the Whole Church, Year A, by The Rev. Dr. Gafney. These sessions will be held in the Parlor.
November 12
“Sensing the Spirit in Nature,” led by parishioner Tom Schaefer, who will share his experience authoring his recently published book, Nature’s People: The Hog Island story from Mabel Loomis Todd to Audubon.
