Waffle Shop + Grants

In addition to all of the great hospitality, friendships, sharing of good food and even better conversation that Waffle Shop offers, Waffle Shop profits are given back to the community through a number of grants that are awarded every spring.

Christ Episcopal Church raised just over $15,000 for distribution in 2022 as Waffle Shop grants to small non-profit organizations (annual budget of less than $1M) serving the poor and marginalized in the Dayton and surrounding area.  We are pleased to share the organizations who were awarded grants in 2022:
